This very enlightening series studies numerous Old Testament scriptures that seem to make God a mean, withholding, unfaithful and sickness causing destroyer. Verses such as:

"A time to kill and time to heal; a time to tear down and a time to rebuild."
"He has torn us in pieces; now he will heal us."
"I am the one who kills and give life; I am the one who wounds and heals."
These misunderstood verses and other such verses in the Old Testament give us a very different picture of God than when we see in Jesus. Isn't Jesus God? Does God ever change? Who is God, really?
